จากข้อมูลที่เราได้รับมา ล็อตนี้เป็นกาแฟจากประกวดที่จัดขึ้นโดยประเทศผู้ปลูกกาแฟของแอฟริกา 8 ประเทศ แบ่งการประกวดเป็น 2 รอบคือ รอบในประเทศกับรอบภูมิภาค

โดยแบ่งการประกวด ตามรูปแบบการโปรเซส 3 หมวดและอีก 1 สายพันธุ์คือ โรบัสต้า ในชื่อ

“Africa Taste of Harvest” เรียกย่อๆว่า TOH

กาแฟล็อตที่เรานำมาเสนอนี้ ได้ชนะเลิศอันดับ 2 หมวด washed ทั้งระดับประเทศและภูมิภาคโดยได้ cupping score : 88.46

ชื่อที่ใช้ในการส่งประกวดจะเป็นในนาม ES Coffee ซึ่งผลผลิตจะมาจาก Washing station ชื่อ Shantawene ในภูมิภาค Sidamo

โปรเซสมาในรูปแบบ Washed ผลลัพท์คือความคลาสสิคของรสชาติแบบ Sidamo ที่ Floral สวยๆ มี Lime,Peach รสสะอาด ชงง่าย ดื่มง่ายรู้เรื่องทุกระดับประสบการณ์ผู้ดื่ม

This lot Ethiopian coffee came from 2nd place in the “Africa Taste of Harvest” TOH competition 2025. This coffee filled with the fragrance of floral. In cup, it’s full of jasmine, peach, lime and lychee flavored with a hints of honey.
