At Ponganes, we carefully roast this coffee for "medium" profile to give a milk chocolate cup, a smooth silky body and a long finish.

Lower in acidity, This single estate coffee makes plush espresso and perfectly mix well in milk drinks.

กาแฟ Woniora blend นี้สกัดช็อตง่าย มีเนื้อสัมผัสแน่น ดื่มกาแฟเป็นกาแฟเอสเปรสโซ่ช็อตให้ความขมปนหวาน, creamy texture, ไ้ด้ flavour เป็น dark chocolate
เราทำให้ดื่มง่ายแม้จะเป็นนักดื่มสาย Modern espersso ก็ตาม
และเมื่อมาทำเป็น milk base coffee ต่างๆ ก็สู้นมได้ดี ไม่จมและไม่จำเป็นต้องเพิ่มปริมาณกาแฟในการทำช็อตหรือการสกัด รสชาติที่ผสมกับนมจะได้โทน white malt เพิ่มขึ้นมา
